General terms of service

April 2026 version — Applies to any Ecotech Énergies service, except specific provisions in the quote or client contract.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all audit, study, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance services for energy equipment by Ecotech Énergies.

2. Quote and acceptance

Any Ecotech quote is valid for 60 days, unless otherwise stated. Signing the quote constitutes acceptance of these terms and triggers order start.

3. Lead times and scheduling

Lead times are indicative and depend on supply availability, administrative permits, weather and site availability. Any delay caused by the client (access, decisions, choices) will result in a postponement without penalty.

4. Pricing and invoicing

Prices are in CHF, excluding VAT for business clients and including VAT for private clients. Billing is in stages: deposit on order (30%), progress (40%), balance at commissioning (30%). Any additional work is subject to a signed amendment.

5. Payment

Invoices are payable net 30. Any delay incurs 5% annual interest after formal notice, per Article 102 CO.

6. Warranties

Equipment benefits from original manufacturer warranties. Ecotech Énergies provides after-sales service with response within 48h for any blocking failure.

7. Liability limitation

Ecotech Énergies' liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount of the relevant service. Indirect damages (loss of operations, commercial prejudice, etc.) are excluded, except in case of intentional or gross misconduct.

8. Grants

Ecotech Énergies prepares and files grant applications on behalf of the client at no additional cost. The grant payment by the authority depends on external criteria and is never guaranteed by Ecotech.

9. Force majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delay or failure resulting from force majeure (natural disaster, conflict, pandemic, major supply disruption, etc.).

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction is Geneva.
